1. Agreement

By visiting this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and current.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to display colours, packaging and product details accurately, but screens vary and manufacturers occasionally update packaging or formulas.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

We may refuse or limit any order — for example if we suspect fraud, or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you get a full refund.

5. Skincare and beauty devices

Products sold here are cosmetic and personal-care items. They are not medical devices and nothing on this site is medical advice. Patch-test new skincare before full use, read the instructions that come with any device, and speak to a healthcare professional if you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product suits you. Follow all device safety instructions, including eye-protection guidance for light therapy.

6. Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The text, images and design of this store belong to Glamora or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies.
